* Our Weight Loss Challenge is for anyone who wants to LOSE.... excess weight, body fat or inches and keep it off. And we show you how to do it with a simple, easy-to-follow program that is based on real people, achieving real results, in real time!
* Our Fitness Challenge is for anyone who wants to BUILD.... muscle, strength and endurance and take your body to a whole new level! We take the “work” out of “workout” by providing you with an exercise program that you can do at home or in the gym plus tips for fueling your body and staying hydrated so you can achieve your fitness goals.
* Our Health Challenge is for anyone who wants to FEEL GOOD....have more energy, sleep better, and get more out of each and every day. You’ll be amazed at how good you feel, and look, after just a few weeks!

Each Challenge is focused on 4 key areas: nutrition, hydration, exercise and supplementation with achievable targets each week to help you reach your goal. You simply track your actions in each of these areas on the App and earn badges along the way. Once you complete your 90-day program, you can enter the Contest to become a BRAVE Challenge Semi-Finalist, Finalist or Champion and win $50-$5000 in prizes!

What makes the BRAVE Challenge unique?

* It’s based on baby steps. We believe that true change comes from making small, steady, incremental changes over time.
* We also recognize that we all have different starting points, different goals, different body types, and different exercises that work for each of us. That’s why we include lots of options to help you find what works best for you!
* Our 90-Day Challenge programs are also designed to not only help you achieve your goal but also form healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
* You’ll also have access to incredible resources and a support community that will encourage and celebrate your progress every step of the way.
* With monthly drawings and a total prize purse of over $200,000, there are lots of opportunities to win!
